Beyond the Aqsis Internals section which describes Aqsis inner workings, Doxygen's comment formatting rules are used to automatically generate source code documentation. The ouput is available online.

Doxygen is a nice tool used by an impressive number of projects, read its documentation block syntax to help improve Aqsis code comments.
